Here is a fast,
efficient way for you to pour Round Soap Bars almost
as quickly as pouring a hundred pound block of soap
for an Air Soap Cutter.
Description
This is the
ultimate in pouring Round Soap Bars, especially
when used with our 74 Quart Pot Tipper.
Simply insert our
special Mold Release Liner into each tube. Our
liner is pre-cut to the tube length so there is
very little cutting needed. Lay your rubber seal
on top of the tubes, lay the stainless steel
pouring tray on top of the seal and fasten down.
Your ready to pour!
If you don't want
to pour all 24 tubes, we included a Pour Divider
to allow you to pour 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 tubes.
It is so simple!
Mix your soap,
pull the Pot Tipper handle and pour the soap. It
is that easy!
The next day,
remove the pouring tray, then the seal and pull
out the tubes one by one; sliding the soap out
and unwrapping each perfect round loaf.
Now that you are
selling and making so many round bars you
probably should think about how to efficiently
cut your loaves. There is no better way than our
Air or
Manual Soap Cutter. Remember they are custom
made to your specifications.

pour is as easy as 1-2-3, using our
software.

Roll out what you need and then just lift and cut.
Takes rolls up to 18" wide and 5" in diameter. Will
hold our 1000' roll!

The spring loaded cutter bar keeps the paper from
spooling.
Make pouring your Tube Mold easy. Just place in your tube and pour. Automatically centers the soap stream so your liner is kept against the tube wall. Helps prevent soap from getting behind your liner.

Note:
When storing your Teflon liners, store
flat between two boards or anything that will not only protect them
but keep them flat. This makes for better conformity to the walls of
the tube by pushing out firmly.
