Specifications:

20 Gauge Stainless
Steel construction. |
|
|
End Caps are 3/4"
(19mm), HDPE Plastic, precisely grooved to your
mold shape. |
|
|
1/4" Bungee Cords,
hold your plastic ends securely in place, yet
allow fast release. |
Note:
We try to keep a good
stock on our M&P Molds but occasionally we run low.
Please allow two to three weeks. on delivery.

about 10% to 15% to cost and will reduce
considerably with quantity. |

Allow 2 to 3 weeks on custom orders. |
|

Longer lengths call for pricing. |
Custom Ordering Notes:
|
|
Generally, the longer your mold, the more
efficient will be your production. You have less
starting and stopping, when placing and
arranging your designs and embeds. |
|
|
Most customers prefer lengths around 36"
(90cm). However we can provide designs up to 96"
(245cm) long. |
|
|
Width and Depth can be whatever you want up
to 5" x 5" (13cm to 13cm). |
|
|
We generally make your mold Depth, about 1"
(25mm) above your standard pour depth so you
have "working" room. |
|
|
Please give us your exact dimensions. Better
yet a drawing. |
|
|
If you desire a taper, we do need a cross
section sketch, with dimensions. |
|
